I received an email today from PayPal that they are limiting my account.
I've reached out to them but until I get a response, I've removed PayPal as a payment option.
I hope this will be resolved soon.
If you have an Invoice due until this is resolved (and you use PayPal as the payment method), please open a ticket and I'll put the invoice on hold.

Received an email while I was sleeping that Paypal had lifted the limitations they had placed on my account.
PayPal payment gateway has been enabled again. I will monitor potential problems for the next few days.
If you make a payment and it doesn't change the invoice, open a ticket and report the problem.
