Looks like connection issues with the Kansas City location. 
From what I can see there is a IP announcement problem. Techs on-site has been notified and are looking into the issue.    
   
Information is gathered to help resolving this as soon as possible.

Connection to the server was restored, everything should now be running as expected again.

[UPDATE 09:00 CET] 
connection is lost again, reaching out to techs on-site again.

[UPDATE 09:48 CET] 
38 minutes "downtime" recorded. Investigating logs why this occured.  
  
[UPDATE 09:58 CET]
yet again network the network connection is lost. 
Paging on-site techs.  
   
[UPDATE 10:54 CET] 
back up again. To early to call it resolved. 
When 12 hours without disruption is met I'll update this announcement again.
